High Octane 5-Day Shooting Work

This 5-day program was created for athletes looking to boost their overall shooting performance and gain confidence in their ability to shoot the ball. With this program, you’re looking at making over 1,000 shots in just 5 days. That’s not counting total shots (that depends on how many misses you have included with those makes). This program has a mix of finishing, shooting off the dribble as well as catch and shoot. It has an emphasis on shooting the long range shot to help increase overall shooting range and consistency from that range. Upon completion of this program, confidence in shooting will be greatly heightened.
